In a remarkable initiative aimed at developing the next generation of builders, Clouse Construction recently hosted a group of enthusiastic students for an immersive orientation, aptly named “Draft Day.” The event was designed to provide these young minds with a firsthand experience of the construction industry. All students will be employed at the start of this summer, providing them with hands-on experience in a full-time role.

“Draft Day” was more than just an orientation—it was a bridge connecting the aspirations of young minds with the opportunities of a thriving industry. Clouse Ironworker Apprenticeship Program

Our exclusive and nationally-accredited ironworker apprenticeship program and incredible career-building opportunity. Some of the benefits are:

• Paid CDL w/5-year commitment to Apprenticeship
• Classes run for 3 years – January through April on Fridays
• Apprenticeship is a paying program
• Earn certification in welding
• $1/hr raise with both CDL and welding, another $1/hr raise when you finish the Apprenticeship
