In this role, the Project Manager will develop a thorough understanding of projects; determine cost factors; prepare material and labor cost estimates; develop and maintain vendor and subcontractor relationships; manage and coordinate vendor and subcontractor bids and contracts; present proposals to customers and sell the job; establish project schedules; and manage project completion and quality outcome.
